Zhejiang Winic Communications Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Dianzi University Information Engineering School signed an agreement to establish a production-university-research cooperation base, which has been included in the construction project of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education.

Winic Communication cooperates with universities to jointly explore and formulate a training plan for drone professionals based on the requirements of regional economic development and industrial structure optimization and upgrading.

At present, an "Emergency Communication Drone" developed by the production-university-research base is about to be mass-produced and has been widely reported by the media.
